One of our primary objectives is to maintain your community and keep it free from problem situations. It is our policy that your problem or questions will be addressed as quickly as possible whether it is an emergency or routine situation. - CMS
 

Reporting Vineyards Problems

During normal business days and hours, to contact CMS, you may:

-call 1-408-559-1977 (for emergencies, see below)

- email CMS,

- or, complete an online request form. (If this is your first time, you will need to create a sign in to use the online form - click here for instructions.)

If you place a phone call, Customer Service will answer the phone personally.  They are equipped to handle most emergencies, routine matters, or questions. 

Please state your name, say that you live in the Vineyards of Saratoga, give your address and/or home and work telephone numbers (in case a return call is required), and your problem.

 If you are reporting a maintenance problem, please describe the problem and the unit address closest to the problem.

The CMS Customer Service Representative will dispatch the proper person to remedy the situation. 

After inspection and repair, the repairman will report back to Community Management Services.     

Emergencies: If you have an emergency that needs immediate attention, please advise Customer Service and it will be addressed immediately if it is truly an emergency.

Emergencies After hours call 408-559-1977 then choose option 3. You will be instructed to leave a message for our On-Call Manager who will call you back. Please make sure to leave the name of the HOA, your address and phone number and of course the issue you are reporting.

To report lights out or sprinkler problems call CMS at (408) 559-1977 or email cs@communitymanagement.com and give closest unit #. If it's a light, give the number on top of the light fixture if possible.
