In this sense, the aim of this study was to show that physical education teachers are responsible for implementing the 💸 practice of sports in a fun and playful way to their students, encouraging them to spend less time in front 💸 of TV and computer, proving that regular sports positively influences the lives of adolescents and adults by preventing physical diseases 💸 such as obesity and psychological such as depression.

Theoretical treatises about the topic are many, because it perceives a major concern 💸 with the quality of life that teenagers have had.

Neste sentido, o objetivo deste estudo foi mostrar que os 💸 professores de Educação Física são incumbidos de implantar a prática de esportes de uma maneira divertida e lúdica aos seus 💸 alunos, incentivando-os a passar menos tempo na frente da TV e do computador, comprovando que a prática regular de esportes 💸 influencia positivamente na vida dos adolescentes e adultos prevenindo doenças físicas como a obesidade e psicológicas como a depressão.
