As soon as he received my top-up card he deleted the messages where he stated that he accepts top-up 🌝 cards and proceeded to blocking me.

Of course i headed to your security department and also finance department to file a 🌝 complaint, they asked me multiple times about details of what happens : Phone number of the agent, screeshots of the 🌝 conversation, my bet account's ID ... After repeating the same step at least 3 times, i've been told that the 🌝 agent would like to give me explanations and if i am okay with it, of course i replied with yes 🌝 although i don't need explanations to premeditated actions.
